Just about every panel was a different shape and curve radius so that involved a lot of complex mould making.

Every mould had an off sawn oregan timber finish that was laid and shaped by hand.

The Handling and transport was also a challenge due to the shape of the panels

We used Barricade to protect the panels and we found it easy to apply with our airless sprayer.
